MIAMI, FL: Cabo Flats Cantina & Tequila Bar opened its doors of its 5th South Florida restaurant at The Dolphin Mall, one of the nation’s most successful-high traffic malls. The 9750 square foot restaurant consisting of a 2000 square foot “Cabo Fresh” quick serve component, opened to a packed house with rave reviews. “Best Mexican food to hit Miami in years” said Larry Phillips of Doral.
According to Jeff Sussman, President of Sussman Restaurant Brokerage, Director of Real Estate for the company “we truly believe that the ultimate success of this particular Cabo will significantly raise the bar as to what’s to come in terms of future locations as related to our continuing growth and development of Cabo Flats”.
With the Dolphin location, there are now 5 operating Cabo’s in South Florida (Delray Marketplace, Delray Beach; Jupiter; Stuart; and City Place, West Palm Beach). 2 additional leases have been signed to date (City Place, Doral & Westgate Mall, Pembroke Pines) which are expected to open in late 2016.
